Intrigued by the TV show? Compete in the campus Biggest Loser contest Thursday, June 2 to Thursday, August 25. This weight-loss challenge, co-sponsored by RecSports, will be led by a Memorial Health & Lifestyle Center fitness coach. It’s a weight-loss challenge designed to educate and guide you to lose weight and meet your personal goals.
On Thursday, June 2, each participant will record their initial weight, body fat composition, BMI and measurements. Team workouts and weekly weigh-ins take place with the coach each Thursday at Rolfs Sports Recreation Center, with team meetings held at 6 a.m., noon or 5:45 p.m.
