Faculty and staff are invited to participate in a day of discussion about academic community engagement at the Indiana Campus Compact Faculty and Staff Networking Meeting Friday, Sept. 30.
Indiana universities north of Indianapolis will gather in Geddes Hall to meet our academic neighbors and see how they are teaching with our shared community partners. Six breakout sessions will address a range of pedagogical and practical topics. Stuart Greene will lead a plenary session on the No Parent Left Behind program. Mary Beckman, Margie Pfiel, and others will lead a plenary session on the new Food Insecurity Coalition as a model of assessing community impact.
The meeting is free, but pre-registration is required. Registration closes Sept. 16.
