Cassatt and Beyond: Paintings from the Flint Institute of Arts, an exhibition of eight turn-of-the-century modernist paintings by artists including Cassatt, Eugène Boudin, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Pierre Bonnard, Edouard Vuillard, Alfred Stevens, and American Impressionists Childe Hassam and Frederick Frieseke, will be on display in the second floor atrium gallery of the Snite Museum of Art through Sunday, Sept. 23.

Opening Sunday, July 22, in the Scholz Family Works on Paper Gallery is Cassatt and Beyond Graphic Art from the Permanent Collection. Theexhibition continues the examination of the themes—light, color, form, subject matter—introduced in the exhibition “Cassatt and Beyond” with prints and drawings by the same artists and other modernists such as Paul Cézanne, Edouard Manet,
Berthe Morisot, and James A. McNeill Whistler. The exhibition
continues through Sunday, Oct. 7. More information
