The second of a series of free drop-in sessions on the art of mindful relaxation, “Mindfulness, Body Scan,” takes place from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26 in the St. Liam Hall 3rd floor conference room. Mindfulness is the practice of learning how to pay attention to experience from moment to moment. The final session in the series, Mindful Eating/Mindful Movement/Guided Mindfulness Meditation takes place from 4 to 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 3.
