Business Operations reorganization announced

Executive Vice President John Affleck-Graves today announced a reorganization of Business Operations, effective Friday, July 1.

Three separate divisions will be formed, each reporting directly to Affleck-Graves.

Doug Marsh will lead the Facilities Design and Operations division, which is responsible for planning, building, updating and maintaining campus facilities. The division will be made up of three groups: Planning and Design, Construction and Quality Assurance and Maintenance and Utilities.

Dave Harr will lead the Auxiliary Operations division, which is responsible for revenue-generating units including Food Services, the Hammes Notre Dame Bookstore, the Morris Inn and Notre Dame Conference Center, Licensing, St. Michael’s Laundry, Auxiliary Services (including Cedar Grove Cemetery and ND Marketplace) and Stadium and Athletic Concessions.

Shannon Cullinan will lead the Campus Services Division, which is responsible for providing services used campus wide, including Custodial and Landscape Services, the Work Control Center, Central Services, International Services (including management of international facilities and facilities at Land O’Lakes, Wis.), Continuous Improvement and the Office of Sustainability.

“This new structure will take effect on Friday, July 1, and there should be no interruption of services,” Affleck-Graves says. “I am confident this restructuring will prove successful for the growing operational needs of campus.”
